The Customer Relationship Officer helps existing customers and also talks to recent customers. The role includes understanding customer needs, arranging meetings, and following up with them to encourage them to try our services. The main aim is to build good relationships and support business growth.

Main Duties
Talk to existing customers and help them with their questions
Approach current customers and introduce company services
Understand customer needs and requirements
Convince customers to meet our team and try our services
Fix meetings and coordinate with the internal team
Keep customer details and follow-up updates in the system
Work closely with the sales and service team

Requirements:
Graduate or diploma (any stream)
Freshers can apply
Basic computer knowledge
Positive communication skills
Confident and friendly nature
Willingness to learn

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
