Pharma Product Trainer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pharma Product Trainer with 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry to deliver comprehensive product training to sales teams, medical representatives, and distributors. The role focuses on enhancing product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance to drive performance in a competitive pharma market.

Key Responsibilities
Design and conduct training sessions on pharma products, therapy areas, clinical data, and promotional strategies for field sales staff.
Develop training materials including modules, presentations, quizzes, and e-learning content tailored to product portfolios.
Assess trainee performance through evaluations, role-plays, and field ride-alongs; provide coaching and feedback for improvement.
Stay updated on product launches, competitor intelligence, and regulatory changes (e.g., UPCI guidelines, Drugs & Cosmetics Act).
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align training with national sales targets and KOL engagement strategies.
Organize workshops, webinars,



and certification programs; track training ROI through sales uplift metrics.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences, or related field; MBA in Marketing preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Trainer, Medical Representative, or in pharma sales training.
Proven track record in training pharma sales teams on chronic/acute therapies (e.g., cardiology, diabetology, anti-infectives).

Essential Skills
In-depth knowledge of pharma products, therapy areas, and promotional compliance.
Solid presentation, facilitation, and communication skills; fluent in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, LMS platforms, and virtual training tools (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams).
Analytical skills to measure training effectiveness and sales impact.

Preferred Skills
Certification in pharmaceutical sales training or adult learning methodol
