Position Summary

The Program Officer will be primarily responsible for field-level implementation, community engagement, and coordination of tribal health and One Health activities in assigned districts.

This role requires a motivated early-career skilled who is comfortable working in remote areas, engaging directly with communities, frontline workers, and local health systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesField Implementation & Community Engagement
Support implementation of Maternal & Child Health, nutrition,



and primary healthcare initiatives at the field level.
Conduct regular field visits to tribal villages and remote program locations.
Coordinate with frontline health workers (ASHAs, ANMs, TBAs, community volunteers) and local institutions.
Facilitate community meetings, awareness sessions, and capacity-building workshops.
Identify field-level challenges and escalate issues to program leadership.

Program Monitoring & Data Collection
Collect, verify, and compile field data as per program indicators.
Maintain accurate field documentation, attendance records, and activity reports.
Support baseline surveys, periodic assessments, and monitoring visits.
Ensure timely submission of monthly and quarterly field reports.

Coordination & Liaison
Support coordination with district health officials and local administration.
