We are seeking a high-performing sales expert to join our growing jewellery business. This is a dual-track posting:
Key Responsibilities
Sales Excellence: Drive individual and store-wide sales targets for 916 hallmarked gold and diamond jewellery.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain a loyal HNI (High Net Worth) client base through personalized service and follow-ups.
Inventory Management: Oversee stock handling, daily counting, and ensuring the security of high-value items.
Store Operations: Ensure the showroom floor meets luxury standards and maintain an inviting atmosphere.
Leadership (Manager Level): Train junior staff, manage duty rosters, and report directly to the promoter regarding weekly/monthly performance.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Eramalloor, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
