Job Title: Female Course Counsellor

Job Summary:
National Skin Institute is hiring a motivated and confident Female Course Counsellor to handle follow-ups with prospective customers who have already shown interest in our courses. The role involves guiding, counselling, and motivating warm leads to complete the enrollment and payment process.

Key Responsibilities:
Call customers who have already visited our platform
Follow up with users who have initiated payment but did not complete the transaction
Provide clear information, counselling, and motivation to help customers complete enrollment
Maintain follow-up records and updates using Google Sheets
Coordinate with the internal team and report daily progress

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Solid communication skills in Hindi and English:
Basic working knowledge of Google Sheets:
Ability to communicate confidently and professionally




Personal laptop is mandatory
Prior experience in sales, counselling, telecalling, or customer support is an advantage
Self-motivated, persuasive, and target-oriented individuals

Job Details:
Job Type: Full time, On-site
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timings:
11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
OR 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Salary:
Salary will be offered as per skills, experience, and performance.
