Supervise and manage the well-being of 150 residential students.
Ensure a secure and conducive living environment.
Enforce rules and regulations within the residential facility.
Address student concerns and provide support as needed.
Coordinate with relevant staff and departments to maintain smooth operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to handle conflicts and emergencies effectively.
Adept at building rapport with students and fostering a positive community.
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours when necessary.
