Job Description - Last Mile Operations Supervisor

Role Overview:
The Last Mile Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing end-to-end last mile

delivery operations, including rider management, COD handling, middle van coordination,

and RTO follow-ups, to ensure smooth and effective deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
Last Mile Delivery Operations
Supervise daily last mile delivery operations.
Coordinate with riders and Van Drivers and client POC
Monitor delivery performance and resolve issues.
Ensure SOP and SLA compliance.
COD Handling & Cash Management
Handle COD collections from riders.
Ensure daily COD reconciliation.
Track shortages/excess and take corrective actions.
Ensure COD SOP compliance.
Rider Hiring, Training & Management:
Manage rider hiring and onboarding.
Allocate shifts and routes.
Train riders on SOPs, COD, and safety.
Monitor performance and resolve grievances.




Middle Van Operations with Riders: -
Coordinate middle-mile vans.
Plan rider deployment with vans.
Ensure timely loading/unloading.
Track van delays and exceptions.
RTO (Return to Origin) Follow-Up
Track RTO orders daily.
Coordinate RTO movement with hubs and riders.
Ensure proper tagging and documentation.
Reduce RTO aging through follow-ups.
Reporting & Compliance
Maintain daily MIS.
Share reports with management.
Support audits and inspections.

Key Skills & Requirements:
Experience in last mile operations
Knowledge of COD and RTO processes
Rider and van management experience
Basic Excel and reporting skills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
