About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube.
Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour, and platform algorithm changes to optimize strategy.
Assist in creating and managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.
Track and analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other reporting tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with the content team to create blog posts, infographics, videos, and other marketing collateral.




Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Understanding of SEO fundamentals — keyword research, link building, meta tags, site structure, and content optimization.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their advertising/business tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads.
Positive written and verbal communication skills with an eye for creative content.
Ability to create visually appealing social media posts using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar.
Solid analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
