Role Summary

The Fire Supervisor will be responsible for the overall management of the fire station, the leadership of the firefighting crew, and the operational readiness of all fire suppression systems. This role requires a blend of administrative leadership and hands-on technical expertise in handling chemical-related emergencies.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Supervise and manage a crew of firemen; schedule shifts, and conduct daily briefings.
Fire Station Management: Oversee the operational readiness of the fire station, including fire tenders and emergency response gear.
Incident Command: Lead the response team during fire emergencies, gas leaks, or chemical spills.
Operational Duties:



Operate fire tenders and ensure all equipment meets industrial safety standards.
Training: Design and lead mock drills and safety training sessions for staff and contractors.
Compliance: Ensure all fire safety activities align with petrochemical industry regulations and client protocols.
Option A:B.E. (Fire) or B.Sc. (Fire) from a recognized University + 5 years of experience in fire station and crew management.
Option B:Fire Diploma from a recognized Board/University + 7 years of experience in fire station and crew management.

Mandatory Technical Skills:
Industry Experience: Direct experience in a Petrochemical or Chemical plant is required.
Driving License: Must possess a valid HMV (Heavy Motor Vehicle) License that is at least 3 years old.
Expertise: Proven experience in Fire Tender Operation is essential.
