We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage business reports, sales data, inventory tracking, and performance dashboards that support daily decision-making.

Role Overview

The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, maintaining, and presenting business data reports across departments including sales, operations, marketing, warehouse, and finance.

This role requires strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, reporting accuracy, and the ability to convert raw data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

1) Sales & Revenue Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports
Track revenue across Shopify, store sales, and marketplace channels
Monitor sales by SKU, category, collection, and location
Analyze AOV, conversion rate, repeat customer rate, and return %




Create performance reports for Meta and Google Ads ROAS

2) Inventory & SKU Management
Maintain SKU-wise stock reports
Track opening stock, inward, outward, and closing stock
Monitor quick-moving and slow-moving inventory
Identify dead stock and aging inventory
Coordinate with warehouse and e-commerce teams for stock reconciliation

3) Marketing & Ads Dashboard
Track ad spend vs revenue
Daily ROAS / CPA / CTR reporting
Campaign performance analysis
Product-level ad performance insights
Suggest winning SKUs based on data

4) Finance & Profitability Reports
Prepare margin and profitability reports
SKU-level cost sheet tracking
Landing cost + customs + shipping analysis
Profit & loss reporting
Discount and offer performance tracking

5) Operations Reporting
Order dispatch reports
Return and exchange reports
Delivery performance tracking
Cancellation analysis
COD vs prep
