Quotation Preparation: Generate accurate and timely service quotations based on customer inquiries, standard pricing, and specific service requirements.

Data Entry: Efficiently input customer information, service details, and pricing into quotation systems or Excel spreadsheets.

Typing: Prepare and type documents quickly and accurately, ensuring that all quotations are correctly formatted and free of errors.
Communication: Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, and finance) to gather accurate information for the quotations. Communicate with clients to clarify any details or make adjustments to quotations as needed.
Record Keeping: Maintain an organized database of all issued quotations, service contracts, and related documents for future reference.
Follow-Up: Track outstanding quotations and follow up with clients or service teams to ensure the timely closure of service agreements.
Customer Support: Provide support and assistance to clients regarding any quotation-related queries.
