Job description:
The Defensive Driving Trainer will be responsible for planning, conducting, and evaluating defensive driving training programs for drivers, transport personnel, and field staff across various regions of India. The role involves extensive travel to client locations and project sites to deliver high-impact, practical training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct defensive driving training programs—both theoretical and practical—for commercial and light vehicle drivers.
Evaluate participants’ driving behaviour through on-road assessments and provide personalised feedback.
Deliver safety awareness sessions focusing on accident prevention, hazard perception, fatigue management, and vehicle maintenance.
Customise training modules based on client needs,



vehicle types, and operational environments.
Maintain comprehensive training records, attendance logs, and performance reports.
Liaise with transport managers, safety officers, and clients to ensure alignment with safety goals.
Promote and enforce adherence to road safety regulations and company driving policies.
Travel extensively across India to deliver training sessions at various client and project locations.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
