Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development: Identify and pursue current sales opportunities in the plywood, laminates, and hardware sectors.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our product range and provide technical support to customers.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.




Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the plywood, laminates, or hardware industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
