Key Responsibilities
Programming: Develop, test, and edit 2D & 3D programs for VMC machines using software like Powermill or Mastercam.
Setup & Operation: Set up fixtures, workpieces, and tools on VMC machines, adjusting speeds, feeds, and coolant flows.
Optimization: Modify programs to improve production efficiency, reduce cycle times, and improve quality.
Quality & Technical Support: Interpret blueprints and use precision instruments (calipers, micrometers) to verify parts conform to tolerances.
Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Software & Coding: Proficiency in CAM software (Mastercam, Delcam/Powermill) and manual G-code/M-code programming.
Technical Skills:



Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.;
Experience: Proven experience as a VMC Programmer or Operator, typically 2+ years.
Education: Technical diploma, ITI in machinist trade, or BE in Mechanical Engineering.

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
