Facilitate a smooth student experience from enrolment to course completion by handling essential administrative and coordination tasks.
Provide excellent customer service by building positive relationships with students and parents, understanding their needs, and ensuring prompt resolution of queries.
Follow all internal policies, guidelines, and operational processes to maintain accuracy and compliance in daily activities.
