We run donation-focused campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google and YouTube to support verified causes. Roles & Responsibilities Manage Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Ads) Manage Google Ads (Search & YouTube Ads) Create and optimize donation-focused ad campaigns Audience targeting, budget management and A/B testing Daily monitoring and optimization of ad performance Coordinate with content team for creatives and reels Track conversions (donations/leads) and maintain reports Share weekly performance reports Requirements Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads Basic understanding of conversion tracking Interest in NGO / social impact / fundraising work Ability to manage small budgets and scale campaigns Basic Canva knowledge is a plus
