Job Summary:
Responsible for setting up and operating CNC Turning (Lathe) machines to manufacture precision components as per drawing specifications, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up CNC Turning machines
Load, edit, and optimize CNC programs (Fanuc / Siemens)
Select and set tools, inserts, tool offsets, and work offsets
Perform trial machining and make dimensional corrections
Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T; requirements
Conduct in-process inspection using Vernier calipers, Micrometers, Bore gauges, Thread gauges, etc.
Maintain dimensional accuracy, concentricity, and surface finish standards
Monitor cycle time and ensure production targets are met
Identify and troubleshoot machining issues (chatter, taper, tool wear, etc.)




Maintain machine cleanliness and follow preventive maintenance practices
Follow all safety and quality procedures

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
