Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding career paths, courses, and colleges.
Manage walk-in and telephonic inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Achieve admission and conversion targets through effective follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM.
Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for seamless operations.
Desired Profile:
Bachelor’s degree or higher (any discipline).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience in the education or counselling sector will be an advantage.
Freshers with solid interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
