About the Role

This role is responsible for owning and strengthening the PMO, Governance, and Resource Management functions across delivery units. You will own and drive the resource management function across delivery units, ensuring optimal utilization, effective capacity planning, accurate headcount tracking, and timely fulfilment of business demands.

You will partner closely with the CDO, Delivery Heads, Finance, HR, and Leadership teams to establish governance, enable data-driven workforce planning, improve delivery efficiency and financial performance This role is key to building a scalable, transparent, and agile resource strategy aligned with organizational growth and delivery priorities.

Key Responsibilities

PMO & Governance:
Drive compliance across tools (JIRA, Timesheets, HRMS, project trackers).
Ensure adherence to project governance, PMO processes, and delivery standards.
Track project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies by interacting with DUH and Delivery Managers.
Prepare and present project dashboards, status reports,



and leadership updates.

Resource Management (RMG):
Own workforce planning, capacity forecasting, utilization, and bench management in conjunction with Delivery Unit Heads.
Drive end-to-end resource allocation, internal movements, and replacements.
Partner with Delivery Heads on staffing strategy, ramp-ups, and demand planning.
Maintain accurate headcount, utilization, and capacity MIS
Maintain skillset database (Skill matrix) and drive upskilling / re-skiling initiatives collaborating with HR.
Identify resource bottlenecks and proactively propose mitigation plans.
Drive process improvements and standardization across RMG operations

Business & Financial Analysis:
Provide insights on utilization impact on revenue and margins.
Track headcount and impact on financials.
Track and analyse project financials including billing, revenue, costs, and margins.
