The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising daily logistics operations, including fleet management, transportation scheduling, loading/unloading activities, documentation, and compliance. This role ensures timely and effective movement of waste, oil and materials while optimizing costs, maintaining records, and leading logistics staff.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational & Fleet Management
Plan, schedule, and assign routes for company vehicles and third-party transporters for pickup and delivery of waste and materials.
Monitor the performance of drivers and pickup teams, ensuring adherence to schedules and safety standards.
Maintain vehicle documentation (RC, insurance, pollution certificates), GPS tracking, and compliance with motor transport rules.
Oversee loading and unloading operations to prevent delays and ensure safety.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,218.66 - ₹34,601.46 per month
