Key Responsibilities:

Act as a primary point of contact for applicants, ensuring a smooth hiring experience through knowledge transfer process or training sessions.
Get hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly internal hiring for IT roles.
Qualification:
Freshers only - No prior experience required.
Comfortable working night shifts.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes or a keen willingness to learn.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
