Brief customers with explicit and accurate information about various products, offers, and perks.
Generate and qualify leads through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products accordingly.
Schedule appointments or pass qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.
Maintain and update call records, customer details, and lead status in the database.
Handle customer queries politely and resolve basic concerns related to products.
Ensure skilled communication and maintain a positive brand image of the company.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
