Position: Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Reporting To: Manager / Managing Director
ROLE OVERVIEW

The Graphic Designer & Video Editor is responsible for creating high-quality visual content, managing digital marketing design requirements, and supporting the company’s branding and communication efforts. The role includes graphic design, video editing, UI/UX support, catalogue work, and assistance in digital marketing operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Design & Creative Production
Create engaging social media posts and marketing creatives
Edit reels, promotional videos, and brand videos
Provide UI/UX support for website and digital platforms
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines

B. Digital Marketing & Technology Support
Assist with Gallabox-related work (content, updates, processes)
Support Zoho CRM tasks and updates
Coordinate and update product catalogues
Assist in content planning and digital campaigns
Respond to digital marketing requirements from management

Operational & Administrative Support
Support hiring activities, including initial screening and interview coordination
Maintain organized digital asset libraries
Collaborate with the Marketing and Management teams for daily tasks
Be adaptable to support any work related to social media, digital marketing, or technology
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Skills
Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
Robust video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
understanding of UI/UX principles
Knowledge of social media content formats and trends
Ability to create catchy, brand-aligned visuals
