Hiring: HR Associate II | Senior Associate – Recruitment Services
We are hiring HR Associate II – Category 2: Senior Associate, Recruitment Services for our teams in Hyderabad / Bangalore .
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle scheduling and non-scheduling recruitment activities
• Profile screening, interview loop scheduling, profile comparison and validation
• Work on multiple recruiting/service tools and maintain data accuracy
• Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in Continuous Improvement / Lean initiatives
• Maintain high-quality standards and enhance customer experience
• Address customer/stakeholder queries within defined timelines
• Adhere to process-level SLAs and quality standards
• Handle critical processes requiring robust attention to detail and problem-solving
• Demonstrate proactive ownership of deliverables




• Provide guidance and support to team members on process-related queries
• Work effectively in a 24x7 shift setting
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore
Shift: 24x7 rotational shifts
