NRole Overview
nWe are looking for a senior IT leader to own IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management, networking, security and IT support operations. The ideal candidate should be both strategically solid and hands-on with enterprise IT settings.
NKey Responsibilities

Lead Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and identity management. N
Manage Microsoft Intune/UEM, endpoint security, device compliance and lifecycle. N
Own LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN/ZTNA, firewalls, DNS/DHCP and office infrastructure. N
Drive IT support, ITSM,SLA management, incident/problem management and service delivery. N
Lead ISO 27001 / SOC 2 readiness, security controls and audit requirements. N




Manage IT assets, software licenses, vendors, budgets and technology procurement. N
Lead and develop the ITInfrastructure & Support team and define technology roadmaps. N

nRequired Skills

12+ years in IT Infrastructure, End-User Computing, Microsoft technologies, networking and IT support. N
Solid hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune. N
Knowledge of Zero Trust, ZTNA/SASE, VPNs, firewalls and network security. N
Experience with ISO 27001/SOC 2 audits and compliance. N
Strong leadership, vendor management, troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills. N
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience. N

nPreferred Certifications: Microsoft, ITIL, ISO 27001, CISM or CISSP.
