NHands-on experience or familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.G., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate) and advanced proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace. will be a distinct advantage.
NTraining Needs Analysis &Stakeholder; Engagement

- Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) and skill-gap analyses for roles across Stores, Distribution Centres (DCs) and Head Office functions. N
- Partner with Function Heads and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define role-specific learning priorities and business objectives. N
- Conduct field visits toStores and DCs to observe work environments, ask targeted questions, map process interlinkages, and capture best practices and challenges. N
