Proper space planning and EHS.n
Liaison with local municipality/corporation for any building related work, Licenses, Invoices and AMCn
Support in building operations and communication with all the relevant support teams to ensure the highest level of member satisfactionn
Solve member-related issues and manage member expectationsn
Create MIS reports for all mandatory statutory compliance and AMC'sn
Supervise Housekeeping and Security operations along with the Facility Manager & parking.n
nSkills & Qualification Required:

Minimum Experience required – 3 yearsn
Solid knowledge of maintaining building facilityn
Should have hands on experience on MEPn
