nYOUR ROLE
nAs the first point of contact at Velora, you will be responsible for ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and every patient feels welcomed and well taken care of.
nKey Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist patients professionallyn
Manage appointments, calls and WhatsApp enquiriesn
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and follow-upsn
Handle billing, payments and basic administrative tasksn
Maintain accurate patient records and documentationn
Coordinate with physiotherapists to ensure smooth patient flown
Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment sessionsn




Assist with enquiries and provide basic information about clinic servicesn
Maintain a clean, organised and professional reception arean
Support the team with day-to-day clinic operationsn

nWHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
nExperience: Fresher to 2 years of experience in a receptionist/front-desk role.
nWe're looking for someone who is:

Excellent at communication and patient interactionn
Warm, polite, confident and approachablen
Well-organised and comfortable multitaskingn
Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp and basic computer workn
Presentable and qualifiedn
Responsible, punctual and eager to learnn

nPrior experience in a physiotherapy clinic, hospital, healthcare centre or similar setting is an advantage, but not mandatory.
