nExpectations from the Role

Act as the onsiteOracle Integration Cloud consultant and primary coordinator between customer stakeholders and offshore delivery teams. N
Conduct customer integration requirement sessions, interface design discussions, data mapping walkthroughs, dependency reviews, and solution clarification workshops. N
Capture and document interface requirements, source/target mappings, transformation rules, security requirements, error handling approach, assumptions, risks, issues, and action items. N
Coordinate with offshore OIC developers, functional consultants, technical teams, reporting teams, and testers to ensure requirements are understood and delivered as per project plan. N
Review and validate OICintegration design for REST/SOAP services, ERP adapters, file-based integrations, FBDI/BIP extracts, ESS jobs, callbacks, schedules, and notifications. N
Facilitate regular customer meetings, offshore handoffs, status reviews, technical walkthroughs,
test readiness reviews, and defect triage sessions. N
Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, interface mock runs, cutover, go-live readiness, and hypercare from the onsite location. N
Track open items, defects, dependencies, change requests, integration failures, and escalations;
follow up with responsible teams to drive timely closure. N
Provide transparent communication to customer and project leadership on progress, risks, blockers, decisions required, and offshore delivery status. N
Ensure quality of deliverables by reviewing technical design documents, mapping sheets, unit test results, deployment notes, monitoring approach, and production support runbooks before customer review. N
