nCreate qualified enterprise conversations and help build Opsolute's first repeatable outbound sales motion.
nLocation : Bengaluru - hybrid, with regular in-person working sessions

nExperience: 2-4 years in B2B SaaS outbound, enterprise SDR/BDR, inside sales or a closely related
nrole.
nWork with : Fractional GTM Operator, Founder, GTM Research & Operations Specialist, Brand &
nContent Lead and Design.
nWhy 'Founding'
nYou will be one of the first people responsible for turning Opsolute's enterprise GTM strategy into a repeatable prospecting and qualification motion. You will not inherit a mature script and simply dial through a list. You will help discover what works, document it, improve it and establish the operating standard for future SDRs.
nImportant : This is a founding execution role, not a people-management title. The opportunity to lead others should be earned by building a credible motion and demonstrating coaching and operating maturity.
nThe role:




nYou will create thoughtful conversations with senior engineering and finance leaders at AWS-heavy companies. You will use account intelligence, explicit business hypotheses and persistent multi-channel outreach to earn qualified discovery meetings and help progress early opportunities.
nWe are not looking for a call-centre approach. Raw activity matters only when it improves coverage, learning or conversion. The standard is relevance, credibility, qualification discipline and reliable follow-through.
nWhat you will own:

- Own human outreach across calls, email and LinkedIn for assigned target accounts in India, followed by UAE/MENA and APAC.n
