nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and track Government RFPs, tenders, EOIs, and technical bids related to IT/software servicesn
- Read and analyze RFPs, Scope of Work, PQT/TQ, eligibility criteria, deliverables, and commercial requirementsn
- Evaluate tender requirements and assess company eligibility and participationn
- Understand IT solutions including software development, web/mobile applications, cloud, IT infrastructure, and managed servicesn
- Coordinate with technical and internal teams to prepare bid responsesn
- Identify potential government and enterprise clients and new business opportunitiesn
- Attend client meetings, presentations, discussions, and requirement-gathering sessionsn
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partnersn




- Prepare opportunity summaries, bid trackers, and sales reportsn

nRequired Skills
nGood understanding of IT Sales & Business Development
nAbility to read and interpret Government RFPs/Tenders
nBasic-to-good understanding of software development and IT solutions
nStrong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills
nGood analytical and research skills
nAbility to understand technical requirements and convert them into business opportunities
nProficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

- Knowledge of government procurement/e-tendering processesn
