Write engaging scripts,storylines and dialogues that feel natural to each individual's personality and tonality. N
Understand each one's personality, audience and content style to develop ideas that feel authentic. N
Build original IPs— recurring segments, characters, catchphrases, series concepts and formats that become signature and are distinct from one-off content. N
Stay on top of current culture, trends, memes, pop culture and emerging formats.

Turn brand briefs into creator-first, engaging content. N
Track content performance and use insights to improve future ideas. N

nWhat are we looking for

Robust creative thinking and writing skills — experience is secondary. N
Deep understanding of social media and social culture. N
Someone who is constantly online and knows what's trending and why. N
Curious, experimental and comfortable pitching bold ideas. N
