- Robust experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and minimum 2 Fusion project support experience is a mustn
- Good functional knowledge and hands-on experience in Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, ORC, Goal & Performance Management, Learning Management, HR Help Desk, Succession Planning & Talent Review and must have worked as a solution architect in HCMn
- Should have expertise in Technical Tool like HDL , BI , OTBI and HCM Extract of Oracle HCM .n
- Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business processn
- Prior experience in managing activities such as Configurations & Migrations and Support with due process adherencen
- Work with Client Onsite teams and Offshore Team to resolve the issues during production support.n
- Impact analysis and propose solutions for the enhancement requestsn
