nOperations Management

- Manage day-to-day kitchen and food service operations across campus dining facilities.n
- Ensure all meals are prepared and served in accordance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.n
- Monitor inventory, food supplies, and kitchen equipment to ensure smooth functioning.n




- Implement cost-effective practices to reduce food waste and optimize resources.n

nCulinary Services Oversight

- Supervise and guide culinary staff, including chefs, cooks, and service personnel.n
- Plan, design, and oversee menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences.n
- Ensure compliance with nutrition, health, and food safety guidelines.n
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of ingredients and materials.n

- Ensure exceptional service standards are maintained for all employees, students, and guests.n
- Manage catering services for university events, seminars, and official gatherings.n
