Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Safety Manager -CAMO to oversee and strengthen the Safety Management System (SMS) for our Non-Scheduled Operator (NSOP) operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring secure flight operations, regulatory compliance, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement of the organisation's safety standards
nReports to: Accountable Manager
nPurpose:
nTo manage and maintain the CAMO Safety Management System (SMS), ensuring effective identification, assessment and control of continuing-airworthiness safety risks.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Implement and maintain the CAMO SMS.n
- Identify hazards and conduct safety risk assessments.n
- Monitor Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs)



and safety objectives.n
- Manage safety/occurrence reporting and investigations.n
- Monitor safety corrective and preventive actions.n
- Conduct safety assessments for Management of Change (MOC).n
- Promote safety awareness and a positive reporting culture.n
- Provide safety advice to the Accountable Manager.n
- Support DGCA audits, inspections and safety-related requirements.n

nCompetency:
nRelevant aviation/technical experience, CAMO knowledge, SMS training, and understanding of applicable DGCA/ICAO safety requirements.
