Job DescriptionJob Purpose: To develop and maintain a positive public image for the organization by managing media relations, corporate communications, public events, influencer engagement, and brand reputation. The role is responsible for ensuring consistent and effective communication with external stakeholders while enhancing the company's visibility and credibility.
nKey Responsibilities:
nMedia Relations
nBuild and maintain robust relationships with print, television, radio, digital, and regional media.
nPrepare and distribute press releases, media notes, and official statements.
nCoordinate media interviews, press conferences, and media visits.
nRespond to media enquiries in consultation with the Head of Marketing.
nCorporate Communications
nDevelop communication materials for corporate announcements and milestones.
nDraft speeches, messages, and briefing notes for senior management.
nEnsure consistency in corporate messaging across all communication channels.
nPublic Relations Campaigns
nPlan and execute PR campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and reputation.




nCollaborate with the marketing team to support product launches, showroom inaugurations, festive campaigns, and CSR initiatives.
nMeasure and report campaign effectiveness.
nBrand Reputation Management
nMonitor media coverage and public sentiment.
nAddress negative publicity in coordination with relevant departments.
nRecommend proactive communication strategies to enhance brand perception.
nEvent Management
nCoordinate media coverage for corporate events and promotional activities.
nLiaise with event agencies, photographers, and media partners.
nEnsure successful execution of public events and brand activations.
nDigital PR & Influencer Engagement
nIdentify and engage suitable influencers and content creators.
nCoordinate influencer collaborations aligned with brand objectives.
nMonitor digital mentions and online reputation.
