nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and distribution growth across the assigned region.
nThe ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in paper, stationery or a closely related distribution-led industry, with a strong understanding of distributor, dealer and retail networks.
nThis is a hands-on role for someone who can build the market, develop channel partners, drive sales and take ownership of regional revenue.

- Monitor distributor performance, inventory, outstanding payments and overall channel health.n
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, competitor activity and market opportunities.n
- Identify opportunities to increase product penetration and distribution.n
- Work closely with the internal team on product launches, trade schemes, promotions and channel initiatives.n
