nKey Responsibilities:

Lead and define the creative vision for motion design projects across digital platforms and client requirementsn
Conceptualize and oversee high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content Collaborate with design teams to ensure cohesive and consistent project deliveryn
Provide creative direction and feedback to motion designers and editors Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone, and visual language Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables efficiently .n
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies Present ideas, concepts, and final outputs to internal stakeholders and clients.n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications
n
n
10+ years of experience in motion design or creative roles, with at least 6–8 years in a leadership position within advertising, digital marketing, or creative agencies.n
Robust portfolio showcasing motion graphics,



storytelling, and campaign workn
Expertise in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender, etc. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and visual storytellingn
Experience managing and mentoring creative teams Strong communication and presentation skillsn
