We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Counsellor to join our Coimbatore team and help students choose the right career-oriented training programs.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and working professionals regarding IT courses and career opportunities.
Understand students' educational background, career goals, and interests and recommend suitable courses.
Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into registrations.
Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, placement assistance, and career prospects.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update lead status.
Achieve monthly admission and business development targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.




Coordinate with trainers and the academic team for student requirements.
Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and conversions.
Participate in promotional activities, seminars, workshops, and student engagement activities.
Support the team in achieving overall academy growth and business objectives.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic knowledge of IT/software courses is an added advantage.
Ability to communicate professionally with students and parents.

Any Bachelor's degree / MBA / equivalent qualification.
