We're looking for an energetic, smart, passionate and hands-on Assistant Manager – Collections who can take ownership of centre operations and make things happen.

This is an ALL-ROUNDER leadership role — People Manager + Trainer + Performance Coach + Data Champion + Auditor + Operations Leader.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Drive day-to-day collections operations and achieve business targets
Lead and mentor Team Leaders and collection executives
Track calls, collections, productivity, conversions and SLA performance
Analyse numbers and turn data into actionable insights
Conduct performance reviews, coaching and training sessions
Build a high-energy, accountable and performance-driven team
Handle escalations and strengthen customer & employee experience
Conduct quality checks, audits and process reviews




Identify process gaps and implement smart improvements
Manage workforce planning and daily manpower allocation
Prepare MIS, dashboards and performance reports for management
Partner with HR, Admin, IT and other teams to ensure smooth centre operations
Maintain solid process discipline, compliance and documentation
Keep the centre organised, efficient and execution-focused

DATA & EXCEL ARE YOUR SUPERPOWERS

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with data and numbers.

Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel is essential
VLOOKUP is a must
Pivot Tables are a must
Comfortable working with MIS, dashboards, reports and large datasets
Ability to identify trends, opportunities and performance gaps from numbers
