Your Role & Responsibilities:

Lead Management: Professionally call and follow up with prospective customer leads.

Product Advocacy: Clearly articulate the value of the Testiy platform and accurately address client inquiries.

Client Onboarding: Seamlessly guide customers through our digital portal to ensure a smooth user experience.

What We Are Looking For:

Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a robust advantage.

Equipment: Must possess a reliable personal laptop and smartphone.

Experience: Both ambitious freshers and experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Setup:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).

Location: Hybrid/Flexible (Work from home or from our Thrissur office).
