Role Details
Star of the Sea has the prospect for a grounds/maintenance worker to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and care of our grounds, buildings and equipment ensuring they are kept to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
General garden tasks such as garden and lawn maintenance
Routine maintenance and secure handling of handheld power equipment
Repairing and maintaining buildings both internal and external
Scheduled and unscheduled remedial tasks
Testing and Tagging (training can be provided)

About You
We are seeking someone who:




Knowledge and experience of general garden and turf management
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to safely and reasonably take instructions
Work under general supervision and apply a range of well-developed skills
Act in a manner consistent with the code of conduct for staff at Star of the Sea
