Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department while maintaining brand standards and service excellence
Actively supervise housekeeping staff on the floor, providing guidance, support, and real-time feedback to ensure consistent quality
Maintain all residential spaces, common areas, and back-of-house facilities to the highest cleanliness and organizational standards




Recruit, onboard, train, and develop housekeeping team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and qualified growth
Create and manage weekly work schedules while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and organizational policies
Conduct regular inspections and quality audits of guestrooms, storage areas, and public spaces to verify adherence to standards
Oversee inventory management, including monthly linen and supply checks, to optimize purchasing and cost control
Manage equipment maintenance and ensure all tools are in proper working order for operational efficiency
Track attendance, manage timekeeping, and oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Conduct monthly departmental meetings, performance reviews, and recognition programs to motivate and engage the team
