We are looking for a Marketing & Operations Manager to help grow our fast-food brand, manage day-to-day operations, and lead the setup and launch of recent branches.
Location: Kochi
Experience: 2+ years in F&B;/QSR, marketing, or operations
Qualification: Mba graduate or equalvalent
Responsibilities:
Manage marketing, social media & promotions
Drive sales and customer growth
Oversee outlet operations and staff
Monitor food quality, inventory & wastage
Improve customer experience and overall performance
Requirements: Solid communication, leadership and marketing skills. Must be proactive, hands-on and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
