Job DescriptionAbout the Role
NWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to lead and manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have robust practical knowledge of accounting and taxation and must have prior experience working with a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm.
NKey Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger scrutiny, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing. N
Prepare and review Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and other financial reports. N
Handle GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances. N
Coordinate with external Chartered Accountants, auditors, tax consultants, and statutory authorities. N
Review GST returns, TDSreturns, reconciliations, and related documentation. N
Ensure timely completion of accounting and statutory compliance requirements. N
Conduct bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations. N




Monitor accounts receivable and payable and ensure proper accounting controls. N
Assist in budgeting, MIS reporting, financial analysis, and management reporting. N
Support internal and statutory audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations. N
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. N
Identify accounting discrepancies and implement corrective measures. N
Lead and supervise the accounts team and ensure accurate and timely deliverables. N

nMandatory Requirements

Must have prior work experience in a CA Firm / Chartered Accountant Firm. N
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance. N
Solid hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS and Income Tax compliance. N
Excellent understandingof accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting. N
Experience in handling audits and coordinating with CA firms/auditors. N
