Three to five years of sales or business-development experience N
At least three years ofexperience in the medical-device, IVF, or pharmaceutical industry N
Experience managing distributors and regional sales is preferred N

nKey Responsibilities

Manage sales activities for the company's product portfolio within the assigned region. N




Develop and carry out regional sales plans that support company policies and business goals. N
Set and manage monthly,quarterly, and annual sales targets. N
Identify current business opportunities and develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, distributors, and key accounts. N
Appoint recent distributors and support their development within the assigned region. N
Provide product guidance, sales support, and coaching to distributors to improve their performance. N
Monitor distributor sales, market coverage, inventory, and customer activity. N
Work closely with internal departments to support customers and improve sales results. N
Act as the main link between the head office and field teams to ensure explicit and timely communication. N
Prepare regional sales forecasts, performance analysis, and regular reports. N
