Purpose of the Position:
● Responsible for ensuring consistent business growth in Project Sales for all Windoors products across Tamilnadu, Karnataka and Telangana.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic:
● Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
● Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities for market growth.
● Actively participate in defining specifications for all Windoors Division product ranges in government projects.
● Plan and formulate strategies for the Steel Doors Division across Pan India.
Finance Related:
● Monitor dealer collections.
● Monitor direct party collections.
● Monitor UPVC team targets versus achievements.
People Related:
● Execute training plans.
● Identify top performers and prepare a leadership development action plan in coordination with HR.
● Coordinate with the Customer Service Department and Project Management.
● Implement rewards and recognition based on performance and behavior.
Customer Related:
● Track complaints and top customer concerns,
and control complaint redressal time.
● Conduct balance confirmations of customer outstanding amounts periodically.
● Create brand awareness in coordination with the Branding Team.
Business Process:
● Prepare action plans based on quarterly reports on key metrics.
● Monitor sales team productivity through daily sales calls.
● Track leads/prospects generated versus converted.
● Conduct weekly and monthly collection reviews.
Authority:
The individual in this role will have the authority for:
● Departmental expenditure
● Leave sanctioning
● Travel approval
● Performance appraisals

Desired Profile:
● A Graduate or Post Graduate with over 25 years of experience in a senior management role within a similar industry. The ideal candidate should possess solid skills in:
