Job Summary

Karigar India is seeking energetic Telecallers who can interact with customers, candidates, vendors, and business clients. The role involves calling, follow-ups, lead generation, appointment scheduling, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and candidates.
Attend inbound customer inquiries.
Explain company services professionally.
Follow up with leads and prospects.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Maintain call records and customer databases.
Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams.
Resolve basic customer queries.
Support business development activities.

Skills Required
Positive communication skills in Hindi, English, or regional language.
Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.




Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.
Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently.
Valuable listening and convincing skills.

Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass.

Preferred Candidates
Experience in customer service, sales, telecalling, staffing, recruitment, real estate, or service industries.
Comfortable working with WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM tools.
