Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Monitor daily plan vs actual output and take corrective action for GAP.
Resource management – Human, Material
Drive Continuous improvement through VOS (Vertiv operating system)
Ensure quality products are delivered.
Ensure secure setting on the line and drive 5S.
On the Job training to current operators.
Achieve desired efficiency and productivity levels.
Coordination with Store and purchase for material requirement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· B.E/ Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Production.
Production management
Knowledge of MS office and ERP system like Oracle / SAP
Interpersonal skills / Analytical skills / Problem solving skills / Team player.
Understanding of Lean principles.
3 - 5 yrs. experience in manufacturing Industry managing Assembly line.
Willing to work in shifts
