The Channel Partner Sourcing role drives business growth by acquiring, and managing a network of brokers,dealers, and consultants. Professionals in this role map requirements, ensure partner-led revenue, and manage deal closures and commission payouts.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
Partner Acquisition: Identify, onboard, and expand the network of channel partners, builders, and brokers to increase market reach.
Lead Sourcing: Source quality leads and generate current sales opportunities through partner networks.
Relationship Management: Conduct regular partner meetings, business reviews, training sessions, and execute roadshows to keep partners engaged.
Sales Support & Closures: Support partners during client interactions,



requirement mapping, site visits, and deal closures.
Performance Tracking: Monitor partner performance, sales pipelines, and conversion metrics to ensure business targets are met.
Program Compliance: Ensure adherence to partner agreements, commercial terms, and manage any channel conflicts effectively.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 2 to 8 years in channel sales, channel development, or business-to-business (B2B) account management.
Skills: Solid negotiation, networking, relationship-building, and communication skills
